Egg Pie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag of frozen hashbrowns
  • 7 eggs
  • 4 ounces of sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 45 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 12 tablespoons butter/olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place Oil/Butter in Skillet and brown hashbrowns. Cook until they are brown and nearly finished.
  2. Break Eggs into bowl and whisk together, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread cooked hashbrowns flat in the skillet and pour egg mixture over the top.
  4. Spread sausage and bacon across the top of the eggs.
  5. Place in a 375 oven and cook for 15-20 minutes until egg is cooked through.
  6. Add cheese and throw back in oven a couple more minutes to melt cheese.
  7. Remove and run a spatula around the bottom of pan to loosen pie, slide onto plate, cut into slices and serve.
