This is a kitchen staple in my house, I use it to enhance a lot of meals.  This divine mixture will change your life.  It is absolutely delicious on anything. It is a great addition of healhty fats for your keto friendly eaters.

It can be used to cook with or drizzled on top.  Warning: once you try it you will be addicted to this mix.  I am constantly finding new ways to use it!  It is great on vegetables, steaks, chicken, salads, potato’s and more!

Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grass fed butter, melted (I prefer Kerrygold)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 67 garlic cloves, minced
  • Small bunch of fresh parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a mason jar and shake until mixed real good!
  2. Ready to use.

Notes

  • The longer this mixture sits the more garlicky it gets so if I am having company I will try and make it a few days in advance so it will be full of flavor!
